In a cosmic clash fierce and bright,
Angels battled with all of their might.
The dragon was tossed,
In defeat he was lost,
As joy filled the heavens with light.

There once was a great celebration
In heaven, for all of creation
The Lamb and his bride
Stood side by side
In joy and in adoration

In heaven, a scroll was sealed tight,
No one could open it in sight.
But then came the Lamb,
Who was worthy to cram,
And all praised him with all of their might.

In the city of God, so divine
A river of life will entwine
With trees that bring healing
No more pain, no more stealing
For His light forever will shine

There once was a church in a town
With doors that were always shut down
But a key was found
To open the ground
And now their faith is renowned

In Sardis, a church was asleep
Their deeds were not worthy to keep
They had a reputation
But lacked dedication
So wake up and repent, don’t be sheep

A church in Thyatira had a plan
To practice things that God can’t stand
But Christ will prevail
Their deeds He won’t fail
To bring them back to His demands

A church in Pergamum was found,
Where Satan had his wicked ground.
But God said to them,
“Repent and condemn
The evil that’s all around.”

From every tongue and nation,
A great multitude was shown,
These people stood before the throne,
With white robes and golden crowns,
The Lamb was their salvation.

A church in Smyrna was quite distressed
For false prophets had caused it unrest
The Lord said to them,
“Be steadfast and stem
And I’ll give you the crown of the best!”
