There once was a man from Galilee,
Who said the end times soon would be.
He told of a sign,
Which would come in due time,
When the Son of Man will be seen.

There once was a parable told
Of a wedding feast so bold
The wise guests were prepared
With oil to be shared
But the foolish were left out in the cold

There once was a man from Galilee
Who taught us a sermon so free
On how to be blessed
And put God to the test
His words we should live faithfully.

There was a great sign in the sky,
A sight that would fill all with awe.
The Lord shall return one day,
And his coming will be grand and gay.
The dead shall rise again and follow His way!

A clever man once asked a crowd
What is the greatest law allowed
Love God above all
And love your neighbor too
This is what will make you endowed

A Pharisee once asked the Lord
“What is the greatest commandment word?”
The Lord said, “Love God above
And love your neighbor with love
For on these two hang all of His Law.”

A man once gave a wedding feast
He invited many guests to the least
But when they refused his call
He sent out servants all
And said, “Come, for all things are ready!”

A farmer had a vineyard fair,
He leased it to some tenants there,
But when he sent his son,
The tenants chose to shun,
And justice was not found anywhere.

A man in a temple one day
The chief priests and elders did say
“By what authority do you speak?”
The man then said “It’s not weak!”
“My Father in Heaven is the way.”

A man who owned a vineyard fair

Had workers whom he wanted to share

He gave them the same
Though some had come late
For God’s love does not compare
