A city was captured, well sought.
With a clever disguise,
And a bold, brave surprise,
Victory’s lesson was taught!

There once was a man of great faith
Who led his people to a new place
He told them to choose
Whom they would serve, not to lose
Their devotion to God, without a trace

The Lord said to Joshua, “Go
And take the city of Jericho
The people you must lead
To victory with great speed
And their walls will come tumbling low
