In the temple, Jesus grew irate
Turning tables and causing debate
He spoke of his fate
And the love that awaits
A sign of the power he’d create

At a wedding, the wine did run dry
But Jesus turned water to wine, oh my!
The guests were amazed
At the wine he had raised
Proving his power from on high

In Galilee a man named Nathanael
Was found by Philip, all is well
Jesus saw him under the fig tree
And knew he was honest and free
So he followed the Lord and all was swell

In the beginning, there was the Word
Through Him, all things were assured
He came to the earth
To bring us new birth
And in Him, our salvation is secured

There once was a man sent from God
To bear witness to the Light, not a fraud
He came to testify
And not to deny
That the true Light was coming abroad

There once was a man from Galilee
Who said, “Do not let your hearts be troubled, you see
In my Father’s house
There are many rooms for us
I go to prepare a place for thee.”

The Father and the Son unite
As they pray with all their might
That believers will be one
Just as they are in the Son
So that the world may know His light

A shepherd of sheep, Jesus did tend
And in them, himself, He did blend
He was the gatekeeper
Who of life was the keeper
And with His own life, He did defend

A vine, a branch, a gardener too,
This trinity of love so true
The branch must stay in union
For joy and fruit to come in season
No greater love than this can do.

A man in the crowd did cry
“If someone thirsts, let him try
To come to the stream
And there he will glean
Living water which never will die”
