There once was a man sent from God
To bear witness to the Light, not a fraud
He came to testify
And not to deny
That the true Light was coming abroad -
John 14.1-4
There once was a man from Galilee
Who said, “Do not let your hearts be troubled, you see
In my Father’s house
There are many rooms for us
I go to prepare a place for thee.” -

As they pray with all their might
That believers will be one
Just as they are in the Son

The Lord spoke of a mansion on high
Where we can go if we try
He said that He’d go
And prepare a place to show
Where His peace will never die
