In a land where the fig trees grow,
A seeker approached with a glow.
He spoke of the light,
And visions so bright,
In truth, he would help us to know. -

Who spoke of eternal life’s claim
His words were profound
And many stuck around
For they knew he held the truth’s flame -

Who said, “I am the bread of life”

The people did doubt

Of the truth that you can’t dismiss
He will guide and reveal

So rejoice in the joy that this is! -

There once was a prayer so divine
For the disciples, it did shine
That they may be one
As God’s will is done
And kept from the evil incline -
John 15.9-17
There once was a verse so divine,
About love that will always shine.
It says to love each other,
Just like a sister or brother,
And that joy in our hearts will align.
