James 2.1-12
In a gathering where hearts should unite,
Favoritism can dim the light.
The rich man gets praise,
While the poor man’s gaze

Resist all that stirs up strife’s flame.
For in kindness we find,
A true peace of mind,
And our hearts will be free from the blame. -

For kindness and truth should be twined.
Though small, it can steer,
Both joy and deep fear,
So guard what you say, be aligned. -
James 2.10
In the law, if you stumble just once,
Your standing’s not worth a mere dunce.
For perfection’s the goal,
To fulfill every role,
One slip means you’ve lost all your fronts. -
James 1.17-end
There’s a gift from above, so divine
Every good and perfect design
From the Father of lights
In whom there’s no night
His word is the truth we incline
